The house is part of a Skåne farm built in the early 1800s and is centrally located between the southern and northern ports, 100 meters from the sea. The house has a small garden with patio and views of the Baltic Sea. The house is well cared for and very cozy. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and bedroom two, with a 120 cm bed. A separate TV room and a larger room with dining table. Kitchen & bathroom. On one side of the house there is a small garden.
