Sunburst Villa is a beautiful home which has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard. The Villa sits on a high coral cliff right by the stunning Bottom Bay beach on the South east coastline of Barbados. The villa has 2 double - ensuite bedrooms both having access to a great size patio with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. The 3rd bedroom also has an ensuite with twin single beds. An additonal bathroom is downstairs. This stylish place is perfect for families or a romantic getaway. The space As you enter Sunburst Villa you walk into a spacious open plan dining & living area. The French doors open out to a fabulous covered patio - offering another large dining table with 6 chairs. The view is spectacular. The sparkling swimming pool & decking area will catch your eye & beyond to the beautiful azure Ocean view. The Pool is 18 feet by 9 & half feet in size. 6 foot at its deepest end. This home provides plenty of private relaxation spaces for everyone - from dining & chilling altogether - to finding an alone space to read a book. The open plan living area has a staircase up to a landing area with high gabled ceilings giving a spacious airy feel. All 3 bedrooms with ensuite & AC & TV. 2 of the bedroom suites lead out to a part covered terrace offering more views of the Atlantic Ocean. The terrace attracting the balmy tropical breeze - perfect for some much needed downtime. Other things to note Please note a hired vehicle is strongly recommended for this tranquil area of St Philip. Also to note - there is no nearby nightlife. There is a selection of restaurants & eateries within a 7 to 12 minute drive. We also ask our guests to be mindful when using AC units within the Villa. Please switch off when not in the rooms - they are serviced regularly therefore efficient & cool rooms quickly. We really appreciate your consideration to adhere to this request. A weekly electric allowance of 450 units is included in the rental price. Usage exceeding allowance will be chargeable. The electric meter is at the side of the Villa. Our guests are welcome to snapshot on arrival a meter read & on departure day.
