Ideally located between the sea and the mountains, you can relax on the beaches of Nice just 10km away, or venture into the Mercantour National Park less than an hour's drive away. All amenities are nearby with a multitude of tours and walks to do. The space The villa is facing south but remains cool in summer. With a total area of 100 m² on the floor, it consists on the ground floor of a large living room with adjoining open kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom equipped with a double bed of 140 cm, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an adjoining dressing room. Upstairs are two other bedrooms, one with a 140cm double bed and the other with a 90cm single bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. Guest access Guests have the entire garden and the accommodation described but not the interior garage or the cellar. They will be able to park their vehicle under the awning adjoining the house. Other things to note The accommodation has received the Furnished Tourism certification classified 2 stars by the department.
