Ideally located between the sea and the mountains, you can relax on the beaches of Nice just 10 km away, or venture into the Mercantour National Park within an hour's drive. All amenities are close by with a multitude of visits and walks to do. The space The villa faces south but remains cool in summer. With a total floor area of 100 m², it consists of a large living room with adjoining open kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an adjoining dressing room. Upstairs are two other bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed and the other with a 90 cm single bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire garden and accommodation described but not the indoor garage or cellar. They will be able to park their vehicle under the awning adjoining the house. Other things to note The accommodation has been certified as a 2-star Tourist Furnished accommodation by the department.
