*Ocean Front Resort*First Floor-Any Day Check In

Our Condo is located in Atlantic Beach, NC in the family friendly resort of A Place At The Beach. This Beach Front Resort offers a very large Outdoor Pool with waterslide, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, courtyard with a playground and grills, basketball courts, shuffleboard, 9 hole miniature golf course and very easy direct Ocean front Access to one of the Best Beach on the East Coast. First Floor Unit with very easy access and very short walk to the boardwalk that leads to the Pool and the Beach. The space The condo is approximately 650 square feet. Bedroom 1 consists of a Queen Bed (New Mattress) and an Attached Bathroom. Bedroom 2 Consists of a Twin over Full Size Bunk bed with New Mattresses (This bedroom is separated from the living room by an accordian style door). There is a Full Bathroom located in the hallway. Living room has a new sofa (NOT an uncomfortable sleeper sofa) and two new chairs. Also has a dining table with 4 chairs. There is a balcony just off the living room with 2 chairs and a view of the back side of the sand dunes with a tip toe ocean views. Beach and Pool access is just across the hallway and a very short walk with no stairs to traverse. The walk to the beach is about 3 minutes with no steps to climb. Guest access You will have full access to the entire resort including: Large pool with water slide, hot tubs, boardwalk and beach access, grills, put put course, tennis courts, beach volley ball, basketball courts, indoor pool There are putters/golf balls, basketballs ect. located in the check in office. Other things to note You will need to check in at the office when you arrive so you can get your parking passes and resort wristbands. If checking in after 5:00 there is a lock box which will contain your Welcome Packet with everything included.
