Designed for relaxation and convenience, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideal for families, groups, business travelers, or anyone wanting a spacious retreat close to hiking, dining, and major attractions. 🌵 A Real Home With Character & Comfort This is my primary residence, and my teen and I occasionally stay here, so you may see some personal items throughout the home. Everything is kept tidy, organized, and intentionally prepared so guests have plenty of space for their belongings and can enjoy a clean, uncluttered stay. The kitchen was crafted by a designer and features clean lines and high-end appliances that elevate your cooking experience. 🌵 Convenience That’s Hard to Beat Located just 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and minutes from the 51 & 101 freeways, this home offers seamless access to every corner of Phoenix. Whether you're here for sports, hiking, concerts, family visits, or events, you’ll appreciate being within quick reach of major venues, parks, and entertainment districts. 🌵 Peaceful & Private, With Occasional On-Site Activity I work remotely from a converted space on the property that is separate from the main home. You may see me entering or exiting this area from the exterior, but I respect your privacy completely and you will rarely, if ever, see or hear me. In addition, the casita is a separate guest space on the same property. Guests staying there access their unit through exterior walkways only. You may see them coming or going, but both spaces remain fully private. 🌵 Designed for a Comfortable Stay Three well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms with walk-in showers provide plenty of space for families or groups. The home blends functionality, warmth, and modern amenities — making it a relaxing, spacious place to unwind after exploring Phoenix. 🌵 Explore Phoenix Like a Local The home sits just a short walk from Shadow Mountain Trail for quick sunrise hikes and breathtaking desert views. Many of Phoenix’s top destinations — including TPC Scottsdale, MIM, Old Town, Papago Park, major sports arenas, and top restaurants — are all within 15–30 minutes. Guest access 🌵 You’ll have private access to the main house, including your own full kitchen, living spaces, and all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The walkway from the street to both the main home and the guest casita is shared, but once inside, the entire main house is exclusively yours. You may park on the right side of the driveway and can double-up. The left side is occasionally needed for my teen’s electric vehicle charging and should remain open when possible. Additional free street parking is available directly in front of the home and along the side street. Please note: Guests staying in the separate casita may occasionally walk along the shared exterior path to access their unit. This does not affect your indoor or backyard privacy in any way. Other things to note 🌵 This property complies fully with City of Phoenix regulations for short-term rentals. Per City code and Permit STR-2024-002765, the following uses are strictly prohibited: The casita cannot be used for: • Any non-residential or commercial use • Special events requiring a license or permit • Operating a restaurant, retail shop, or banquet hall • Housing registered sex offenders • Operating or maintaining a sober living facility • Selling liquor, illegal drugs, or pornography • Adult-oriented entertainment or clubs • An event center or space intended for large gatherings • Any prohibited uses listed in A.R.S. § 9-500.39 (searchable online for full details) This home is intended for quiet, compliant, residential stays only.
