We’re only 10 km from downtown Toronto—about a 30-minute drive. If you'd rather take transit, Victoria Park Train Station is just a quick 10-minute walk from our door. The space Designed for a comfortable stay, this two-storey, semi-detached home offers three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The interior includes a welcoming living room, a convenient dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances. Outside, the backyard features a covered patio and a portable BBQ grill for extra cooking options. Control your comfort effortlessly with the Google Nest smart thermostat for central heating and cooling. Please note that there are stairs in the house. Guest access Enjoy complete privacy with full access to the entire house and backyard. Entry is simple with our keyless system (code in your Arrival Guide). Driveway and platform parking are included for your convenience. Kindly note that the garage is not available for parking. Other things to note Please read our policy: Only guests registered in your booking are permitted in the house, up to a maximum of six guests. Please respect this policy. Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. No smoking or vaping indoors. No pets. No commercial filming. No parties or large gatherings. Violations will result in booking cancellation without refund. Late check-out may incur a $50 fee for the inconvenience of cleaning the schedule. This is our cherished home, not a hotel.
