The Annex. A private space to enjoy.

Visiting Southend On Sea? Relax at the Annex, in Shoeburyness. A quieter part of the town, Situated on the outskirts of the City of Southend on sea. Just a 5-10 minute drive to the centre of the City. With the benefit of quieter beaches, and fresh sea air just a 5-10 minute walk away. There is lots to discover in historic Shoeburyness. The space The Annex is a fully self contained space, built within our main home. It has its own smart lock front door, via our porch, and access to a small outdoor private area in the garden to sit and enjoy a drink. You will have a dedicated parking space for one vehicle, with CCTV covering your car. It is fully furnished with facilities including its own kitchen, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, air fryer but no oven, microwave, iron, smart TV's bedroom and lounge, Alexa for music and high speed broadband to use. Tea/coffee etc provided. Guest access You will have full access of the whole space. Your accommodation includes a large lounge/kitchenette, bathroom and separate bedroom. Also a private fenced off area within our garden, that only you have access to. Other things to note Please note, as we live in the main home, its possible that our paths will cross and we are looking forward to helping and advising where we can! We also have two medium sized dogs, that love everybody, but they do not have access to the Annex or its courtyard space.
