There is a common hallway which is used by 3 other apartments, each one with private entrance and security locks. Guests have access to a lovely front porch and an enclosed back garden. Hosts are always just a text away for assistance. We have wonderful tenants in the other apartments who are friendly, fun, and always willing to help. Allentown is Buffalo's most famous neighborhood. It is a Bohemian enclave with a very artsy vibe that is celebrated for its ethnic and economic diversity. The housing stock was mostly built from 1860 to 1900, and as you tour the neighborhood to enjoy the stunning architecture, you will witness signs of renovation and renewal everywhere. Allentown is a favorite stop on the nationally acclaimed Garden Walk, and you will see lovely gardens in front of inviting porches on tree-lined streets. There are Reddy Bike bike sharing stations a block from the apartment if you'd like to tour by bike. A bus stop is located right across the street, and Buffalo's metro rail just a walk or bike ride away for access to Canalside, First Niagara Center, and the Theater district. Buffalo has ride sharing--call a LYFT or UBER and have quick access to everything. A ride from the airport is about 20 minutes and approximately $25. There is on-street parking, no charge, and you can usually find a place right in front of the house. Guests have easy access to a washer and dryer. The studio is equipped with an ironing board and iron, as well as laundry soap, hangers, and cleaning products. We provide toiletries in case you forget anything. For your morning coffee, you have your choice of French Press or Mr.Coffee drip coffee maker. We also provide tea, a Brita pitcher for filtered water, and a basket of tasty snacks for you to enjoy on arrival. There are motion sensitive security lights on the outside of the house and in the hallways for your safety if you arrive after dark.
