Inclusions: - Exclusive use of entire villa - Private pool - Alfresco and garden area - Outdoor cabana with dining set - Kitchen with basic cooking ware, rice cooker, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator - 10-seater dining table - Air-conditioned living and dining room - Smart TV, Wifi, Netflix and board games - Grand Videoke - Two fully air-conditioned bedrooms (one queen canopy bed, two double beds). We can provide extra mattress for bookings of more than 6 persons - All rooms have ensuite toilet and bath with hot and cold shower. In total, there are three full bathrooms and one powder room - Outdoor shower area beside the pool - Grilling station (please bring your own charcoal) - Liquid hand soap, dishwashing liquid and scouring pads are provided (no plates and utensils provided, please bring your own) - Free use of gas stove - Free 5-gallon purified drinking water - Gated garage for 3 cars - CCTV installed (common areas only) for your security Breakfast and other food options can be arranged as an add-on after booking. They do not enter the main house. Other things to note The security deposit of Php 3,000 to cover for any damages in the property shall be paid upon check-in and refundable upon check-out. Security deposit shall be given in cash. Cleaning Policy: We value your stay! Unlike most, we do not charge a standard cleaning fee for your reservation. This includes cleaning before check-in and after check-out. Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee. Please inquire for details. Casa Bisita is located in a lovely, peaceful area, which means the final few streets leading up to our villa are typical of the neighborhood and can be narrow. * Please be advised: If you are planning to bring a larger SUV, van, or wide vehicle, you may need to exercise extra caution while navigating these short sections. Standard-sized sedans and smaller SUVs usually have no issues. * We recommend driving slowly and following the navigation carefully.
