The space We completely renovated our villa in 2023 and completely newly equipped. It offers great comfort with three stylish bedrooms, two elegant bathrooms and a spacious open plan living and dining area, including a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. From fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, washing machine, and dishwasher, you will find everything here to create delicious homemade meals and enjoy at the large dining table. From the dining area, two inviting terraces – one sunny, one covered – open both with cozy seating and dining tables. Enjoy your meals of your choice indoors or outdoors! The master bedroom on the first floor offers a luxurious double bed (1.60 m) for romantic nights, bedside tables, a spacious fitted wardrobe and a private balcony. In the second bedroom you will find two single beds (0.90 m each), which can be used flexibly as a double, with bedside table and built-in wardrobe. On the upper floor there is an elegant bathroom with shower and bathtub, toilet and sink. The third bedroom on the ground floor also has a comfortable double bed (1.60 m), bedside tables and a wardrobe. Another stylish bathroom with shower, WC and sink is right across the street – ideal for a refreshing shower after a day at the beach. Relax after an eventful day in the living area perfect for cozy family evenings, equipped with a spacious couch and smart TV for relaxed Netflix entertainment or board games. Experience the highest comfort thanks to modern, energy-efficient air conditioners in the living rooms and bedrooms, with which you can also sufficiently heat in winter. All bedrooms are fully equipped with fly nets in front of the windows. In addition, a fantastic, sunny roof terrace with lounge furniture awaits you on the upper floor – an ideal retreat in any season and especially in the autumn and winter months, when the sun spoils the south. Enjoy the spacious garden with your own pool – a private oasis of relaxation. Settle down on the sun loungers or linger on the deck with an exciting book or a glass of exquisite Cypriot wine. The outdoor area captivates with two stylish dining tables and chairs, as well as warm lamps that brighten your evenings. A BBQ is also available to unfold your outdoor culinary arts. For added comfort during your stay, amenities such as a hammock and pool toys are provided. You can park your car for free within the complex right in front of the house on the street or in the parking area next to the house. The property also offers a fiber optic internet connection with 100 Mbps for unrestricted streaming, surfing and working (100 Mbps download, 40 Mbit/s upload, 2.4 & 5 GHz Wi-Fi with mesh repeaters for best coverage in house & garden) The water network of the house is equipped with a pump for constantly high water pressure. The Serenity Villa offers not only luxury in its own four walls, but also a prime location. Two beaches are just a few minutes' walk away, with umbrellas, sun loungers and beach bars for your perfect day by the sea. (Beach bars and sun loungers are open about from the end of May - September depending on the weather) All the beaches in the area proudly bear the blue flag as a sign of the highest water quality - a true paradise for sun worshipers and water sports enthusiasts. Various restaurants and cafes nearby provide culinary diversity, while a selection of restaurants (opening hours can vary in low season) is just 5 minutes away by car in the idyllic center of Pervolia. Here you will also find two small supermarkets. In about 10 minutes by car you can reach the enchanting Cypriot village of Kiti, which boasts a historic square and an abundance of local and international cuisines. Larger supermarkets such as alphamega, fruit and vegetable shops as well as a Lidl can also be found in Kiti. For more detailed recommendations on restaurants, activities and attractions in the area, you can find a guestbook in the house. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but in the last weeks of July it can happen that you occasionally hear music from a nearby children's holiday camp during the day, which has not bothered us so far. Larnaca International Airport is only 8 km away. The lively center of Larnaca with its charming shops, the inviting promenade and cafes is easy to reach in just 20 minutes. 100 meters from the house there is a public bus stop. The villa is the ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding area and the whole island. For maximum flexibility, we recommend renting a car. Note that there is left-hand traffic in Cyprus. Other things to note We have prepared our house with love. For this reason, we charge a deposit of €300, which you pay shortly before arrival and receive a refund after departure. The rental price includes 10 KWh of electricity consumption per day. This is sufficient for a normal basic operation of the house including several hours of air conditioning. Any additional electricity consumption due to excessive use of the air conditioners, we reserve the right to charge at 50 ct/KWh and deduct it from the deposit. The meter reading is checked by our property manager at check-in and checkout and can also be read by you at any time in the apartment.
