This gorgeous 9th floor 1 BR/1.5 BA condo has been fully renovated with no detail left undone, and not only offers luxury accommodations, but was also designed with comfort in mind. The space The condo features an open floor with a cozy and comfortable living room and kitchen. The living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day and admire the beauty of the Gulf. The living room includes: - Queen sleeper sofa - Large Samsung 75in smart screen TV - Two comfy chairs can be moved around as you select the perfect setting for your group while watching TV or sipping your morning coffee - A slide laptop table is also available for your work from home days - Family games and puzzles The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, brand-new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and all the housewares and appliances you will need for a small or large meal preparation. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with memory foam mattress, 50-inch smart TV, attached half bathroom. The bunk beds are built into the hallway and feature two full length twin beds with cozy mattresses and bedding. The one and a half “Jack n Jill” style bathroom is accessible from the hall as well as the master bedroom. A washer and dryer are available in the full bath for your added convenience. A Pack n' Play is also available for use. We provide high quality bedding/towels that are washed and dried at high temperatures. Onsite parking available - We provide one parking pass but an additional pass can be purchased at the Seascape office (11490 US Highway 98 W, Miramar Beach, FL – located on the third floor, suite 300). Beach access is a short 0.2 mile walk across a beautiful pond and across the crosswalk of Scenic Gulf Dr. You can make the short walk or drive to a small free parking lot or street parking along Scenic Gulf Drive. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: - 2 Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach bag and two beach mats - Cox Cable; plenty of free news, movies, and kids channels through the LG TV Plus app. - Iron/Ironing board - Coffee maker,4 coffee pods, coffee filters - Toaster - Mini-prep food processor - 2 trash bags - Dish detergent and new sponge, dish pods - 1 paper towel and one cloth kitchen towel - Fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans - 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels, 10 washcloths, 1 bath mat ( we DO NOT provide beach towels ) - 4 black towels for makeup remover - 2 in each bath - Blow dryer in each bath - Shampoo, body wash and conditioner - 2 detergent pods, dryer sheets - 2 toilet paper in each bathroom Please make a trip to the grocery store to purchase more items if you think you might need more during your stay. We also provide a binder inside the unit with information about that area and things to do during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo.
