Northern Michigan Cozy Chalet

A frame ski chalet in the winter and rustic and cozy glamping option during the camping season. This rustic unique cabin is nestled on the 11 acre Winding River Campground in Benzonia Michigan. Guests have access to all amenities of the campground during the season (April to November) including activities, game room, pool and playground and have exclusive access to many parts of the 1900ft of Betsie River frontage during the months of November to March. Come stay with in Northern Michigan! The space We have a one bedroom on the first floor and three single beds in the loft upstairs. The main living room is connected to our camp store with a locked door and work desk as a partition. Hours of operation are 9-5pm weekdays, 9-8 on Fridays and 8-8pm Saturday and Sunday until end of October. Campground shuts down middle of November and opens in early March. Guest access You can access the property by stepping onto the deck. There will be a sliding glass door with a code lock. Other things to note Winding River is 3 minute drive to Family Fare grocery store, 5 minute drive to downtown Beulah and the public beach at Crystal Lake, 20 minutes to Ironfish distillery and 15 minutes to Frankfort and Lake Michigan.
