Do not allow children near the lake without adult supervision. ● Parking for up to 5 vehicles ● Self check-in with keyless entry ● Big Bass Lake amenities access with small fee ● Trash site access ● Early check in and late check out may be accommodated with a fee. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. ● Early check in - $75 ● Late check out - $75 ● Payment will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated. *Late check-out without our approval will be subject to a penalty of $100 ● When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice. Other things to note ● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund. ● This property can host a maximum of 6 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations. DOG FEE: ● $150 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed. ● Guests are REQUIRED to register with the Big Bass Lake Community Association. REGISTRATION FEE: ● $50 registration fee per group (mandatory) ● Additional $50 fee for late registration and last minute booking 3 business days before check in ● Any changes to the registration form will incur a mandatory $15 fee per request. ● It will be collected separately through the booking platform after the reservation is confirmed. OPTIONAL community amenities (seasonal) pass: ● Weekdays: $8 per person per day ● Weekend: $10 per person per day ● Access to the Big Bass Lake community amenities (such as the pool, lake, beach, etc.) is managed by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Availability, operating hours, and reservation requirements are outside of our control. We recommend checking the official community website or calling their direct office phone number for the most up-to-date information before your stay. ● Please note, the fees listed above are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Big Bass Lake. IMPORTANT! ● We cannot accommodate same-day check-in registrations. ● Registration forms must be submitted to the office no later than three (3) business days before check-in. ● To enter the community, you must go and register at the Main Gate House as our GUEST. All adults and children must be named at the main gate. ● Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID after booking confirmation. ● Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee. ● A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations. Most channels add this upfront. Others do not have this capability, and it will be manually added to the invoice once the reservation is confirmed. ● Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free. ● REQUIRED BY THE TOWNSHIP: Guest must be at least 25 years old to book the property. ● NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: ShopRite, Dutch's Market or Weis ● There is potential for occasional noise from trains that run along the property at the edge of the lake. ● When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice. SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES There are 2 security cameras on site, all on the exterior of the property and in plain view: ● 1 doorbell camera at main entry door ● 1 floodlight camera at the garage overlooking the driveway
