The space The apartment has a spacious living and dining room, which extends into a lovely balcony, two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a workspace, a free internet connection, and a bathroom. It is located in the heart of the city center, right on Military Square, and just a few steps from Main Square, Lent, and Drava River, which makes this location very convenient, having everything at your doorstep. From historical landmarks to vibrant eateries, local farmers markets, and cultural hotspots, everything is just a walking distance away. Despite the central locale, rest is assured and your nights will be serene and undisturbed because it is in the pedestrian zone and oriented away from the street. A spacious and cozy balcony offers a private space with views of the Žički Dvor, Drava River, and on sunny days you can adore the view of the ski center Pohorje. You will enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evenings watching the starry sky. Our thoughtfully equipped living space effortlessly adapts to your needs if the weather messes up your city plans. Feel free to explore everything it has to offer - from board and card games, various TV channels and apps, reading corner with books, etc. Two elegant but comfortable bedrooms with queen-sized beds ensure rest after a busy day of exploring, while the living room conceals a hidden gem – a sofa that easily transforms into a third queen-sized bed if needed. Therefore apartment can be a perfect suite for up to six people, even more, we can add a travel cot as a kid's bed if needed – free of charge. Both bedrooms contain wardrobe closets with hangers. We have meticulously designed and furnished our apartment with attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect contributes to your overall satisfaction. Your comfort is our priority, and our apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a seamless and pleasurable stay. A fully equipped kitchen has an oven, an induction cooking plate, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a toaster, a big fridge with an ice maker, and a coffee machine. We offer clean sheets and towels for your stay, but also a washing machine that you can use to refresh your clothes if needed. Hair dryer and iron are also available. Air conditioning is in the living room, which can be used for cooling and heating. Guest access Guests have an entire apartment for themselves, and they are free to use all the amenities and appliances. Instructions for using all the appliances can be found in the apartment. Other things to note Guests have to take the stairs to the first floor, therefore it is not accessible for wheelchairs. Unfortunately, there are no parking spaces on the premises, because of the city policy, but you can park your car about 100m from the building in the public parking spaces, which are free on the weekends. On workdays, they are chargeable 1,00 EUR per hour from 7.00 until 19.00.
