This apartment includes 3 double bedrooms including 1 bed 160/200, shower room with towel dryers, shower gel in black pots, shelves, rack with hanger and drying rack. 1 toilet is shared for the entire apartment. The equipped kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, dishes, spices, salt... The space We enjoyed transforming this former architect's office into a warm apartment to welcome you as if you were at home. For the comfort of everyone, we wanted each room to be autonomous, with its shower room. The beds (1 per room 160/200) are furnished with sheets, duvet, pillows and the shower rooms, towels, bath mat, shower gel in the black pots. We made the choice not to put shampoo because everyone has their own hair type. 1 toilet is shared for the entire apartment. Guest access The apartment is located at the beginning of Rue Jean Jaurès, close to the roundabout of the hemicycle and the ENSAM in Châlons en Champagne. The switch to turn on the stairwell is to the right of the front door (the one that is alone, you have to press at the top). Don't forget to turn off once you arrive at the top (bottom switch, press at the bottom of the switch to turn off and at the top of the switch to turn on). A camera is located in the stairwell. Other things to note You'll get the lockbox and WiFi codes just before you arrive. For stays from 7 days, possibility to have access to a washing machine and dryer with extra charge (quote on request). A camera is installed on the stairs. Heating is allowed up to 22 degrees.
