The space This pet-friendly, 2-bedroom Bucerias apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and is ideal for friends or a small family. The apartment is inside a home that’s comprised of five fully furnished apartments, each equipped with all the amenities necessary for a delightful and enjoyable vacation, so you can reserve more than one apartment or the entire house, depending on your group size. The enclosed backyard features a nice-sized pool, lounge chairs, outdoor seating, dining tables, BBQ, and hammocks that are shared with other guests. The other common area that you can enjoy is the roof terrace that also features lounge chairs, outdoor seating, a dining table, BBQ, and lovely views of the sea and bay, not to mention it’s a great spot to catch a sunset. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals at home, seating for enjoying homemade dishes, and a sitting area for unwinding at the end of a fun day. The bedroom has a queen bed along with a single sofa bed, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The sitting area offers a relaxing space where you can unwind at the end of a fun day. This property is situated in Bucerias' sought-after "Golden Zone," a mere 7-minute walk from the area's most stunning beach and just a 5-minute stroll to convenient amenities such as Chedraui grocery store, Guadalajara pharmacy, and CMQ Hospital. Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment and shared access to the backyard, pool, BBQs, roof terrace, washer and dryer. Other things to note We welcome one pet per stay with an additional fee of $20 USD, but kindly note that we do not permit more than one pet during your stay. Guests will need to climb stairs. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are allowed for a fee. - In case you leave the AC on after your checkout, there is a fine of $25 USD.
