Includes Starlink high speed internet on a UPS. The space Enjoy your own private lot with covered parking and a cosy outdoor space where you can unwind with a happy hour cerveza. This newly constructed container includes : - 1 queen size bed - a sofa bed - 50' smart tv - walk-in shower - washer/dryer - laundry drying rack - open wardrobe with hangers - outdoor shower with hose for rinsing off yourself and your surf board. - There is also an empty spare room for yoga or storage. How do you cook in the container? The kitchenette has a full size fridge-freezer to store your food. You have a work surface and all the equipment you need to prepare your meals. For cooking, there's an air-fryer and a barbecue outside, with a simple burner on the left. [salt, pepper and oil in storage] To prepare your breakfast, you have an electric kettle, a gas kettle and a French press coffee maker. Ground coffee is available in the cupboard. Guest access You will be able to access all spaces on the property as it is your own private container. Other things to note > Power cuts are a regular occurrence in Panama. As these power cuts are beyond our control, we will not make any refunds for them. > The accommodation is managed by the B'ZEN rental management agency. The agency changes the sheets and towels, empties the bins and sweeps the floors every 7 days and/or on your departure. However, we ask you to : - wash the dishes as and when you use them, - empty the fridge of your food (take it away or put it in the bin), - replace any equipment that you have moved, - dispose of all your rubbish in the rubbish bin provided and put the closed bag in the container at the entrance to the property.
