Welcome to Saratoga Springs! Our house is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood that is just 10 minutes from downtown Saratoga! The Racetrack, Casino, Saratoga Lake and cute town of Ballston Spa are all also only a short drive ~10 minute drive! That is, if you ever make it out of the backyard! Our backyard is seasonal* but if you are lucky enough to visit in the warm months, you can enjoy the salt water pool, grill and fire pit. Relax with the whole family at our little oasis! The space My wife and I are Saratoga locals who love our charming town and are excited to share it with you. We hope you find our home as comfortable and inviting as we do. Our house has one master bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with a queen and a twin on the main floor. We have one room upstairs with a queen bed and a bedroom downstairs with a full and a twin bed. We have two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, livingroom, dining room, and a finished basement furnished with a full bar, tv's, dart board, and plenty of space for entertaining! In our backyard, you will have privacy with our wooden privacy fence while you enjoy the pool or fire-pit. We are also dog-friendly, with a chainlink fence for their saftey. You are welcome to use the grill and yard games while you stay. Feel free to use any appliances throughout the house (hair dryer, humidifiers, Keurig, Coffee Pot, etc.) We will be sure to provide coffee and tea. *The Pool is seasonal* Opened in June and closed After Labor Day. Note it is not a heated pool. Guest access Excluding the garage, shed and a utility room in the basement, guests will have full access to the house.
