The Bois Flotté villa has a capacity for 6 people or 8 with 1 apartment On a 750 m2 plot of land with large covered wooden terraces. nature is omnipresent and invites you to relax with large spaces open to the outside to fully enjoy with family or friends. The space Nestled between pine trees and the ocean, you will discover the ‘bois flotté’ villa with its spacious and functional rooms. The numerous bay windows combined with the warmth of the wooden structure create a unique atmosphere conducive to relaxation. A 6m x 3m heated swimming pool is currently under construction and will be operational by the end of June. Ideally located between Capbreton/Shoorts-Hossegor (10 km) and Bayonne (15 km). Easy access thanks to its proximity to Labenne train station (4 km), the motorway (12 km, exit 7 Ondres or exit 6 Capbreton) and Biarritz airport (25 km). Opt for a cosy stay in harmony with the surrounding nature. The neighbourhood is very quiet and inhabited all year round, so guests are asked to respect the normal tranquillity of the area. Parties and group events are not permitted. The villa offers several separate living areas for greater comfort and privacy for each guest. KITCHEN The kitchen is completely open to guests and fully equipped with plenty of functional storage space. It has all the modern amenities of a gourmet kitchen, including an induction hob with integrated extractor hood, a built-in cupboard with a microwave, a double oven, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. All this is arranged around a central island with natural granite worktops for food preparation and a bar table for two people. Don't feel like cooking? LIVING ROOM/LOUNGE Guests have access to a large, cosy living room with a 55-inch TV, Orange fibre channel subscription, a large comfortable 3-seater sofa and armchairs, and a dining area that opens onto the garden through large bay windows. Meals can be enjoyed around a solid wood table that seats 6 people or more. A fully equipped laundry room with washing machine takes care of everyday laundry needs, and there is a separate toilet with washbasin on the ground floor. BEDROOMS Comfortably designed to accommodate 6 people, the villa offers 3 bedrooms, including a master suite. GROUND FLOOR Bedroom 1 is a master suite with a 160x200cm bed located on the ground floor, featuring a storage area at the entrance, a dressing room and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and individual washbasin. UPPER FLOOR The other 2 bedrooms are located upstairs and are accessible via a wide staircase where wood and iron materials blend together in an industrial style to give a contemporary and natural feel. Bedroom 2: Features a 160 x 200 cm bed with a full wall-mounted dressing room and plenty of natural light (east-facing) in a very cosy atmosphere. Bedroom 3: has two 90 x 200 cm beds, which can be converted into a large 180 cm bed on request. Each bedroom on the upper floor is heated or air-conditioned depending on the season for the comfort of each resident. The upper floor also features: - a bright bathroom with a walk-in shower and two individual sinks. - a separate toilet serving the upper floor. OUTSIDE: There are two large wooden terraces, one of which is covered and measures 45 m², overlooking the pool area. It is equipped with a large table, chairs and deckchairs so you can enjoy the garden in complete privacy. There is a dedicated plancha area for preparing your meals. POOL You will also have access to a secure, heated pool with all the necessary equipment, including a rooftop area. You will enjoy a large south-west facing wooden terrace secured by a bar cover. The pool is accessible from 15 April to 15 October. You will particularly appreciate the heated pool if you are coming with young children who are sometimes apprehensive about the ocean. PARKING A large car park with an automatic gate can accommodate 3 cars. All spaces are fenced off. HOUSEHOLD LINEN: - Household linen is provided for stays (sheets, pillowcases, towels and shower mats). Beach towels can be requested at the time of booking. - Guests are asked to leave the house in a clean condition or to request additional cleaning if necessary and if desired. It is possible to request an intermediate cleaning service for stays of 15 nights or more at a fixed rate. THE PLUS: What makes this place so unique and special is the possibility of renting for additional people, subject to availability. This allows the capacity to be increased from 6 to a maximum of 8 people for a single supplement of £80 per person. This is only available on request and subject to availability. It is a completely separate additional space (with a separate external entrance) that can also be connected to remain open or closed as you wish.
