The apartment has an exclusive balcony with a nice view of the mountains with chairs and coffee table, the living room has a sofa and a coffee table and carpet and plants. We have a terrace area with beautiful plants and a great view where you can work or enjoy a multi-gym, dumbbells, bars and discs for outdoor exercise, it has sun chairs and a shower and bathroom. We have automated entry (code for digital board) at our pedestrian door and locker code for the keys of each unit, we have security and surveillance cameras and staff in the building to answer any questions or solve any mishap. Guest access As a resident of the building, you will have access to the entire apartment and common areas with their respective rules. We have an elevator, security cameras and free 24-hour parking. Other things to note For the safety of guests, there is a 24-hour doorman. Under no circumstances may anyone who is not part of the original reservation enter the building. For the safety of our guests, there is an authorized access service 24 hours a day every day that will allow entry and exit from the building.
