Rural retreat surrounded by nature in Itabaiana-SE

Rent a place for a season in the midst of nature to relax, gather family and friends or explore the natural beauty of the region in a prime location in the village Gandu in Itabaiana/Sergipe on the banks of BR 235, 5 km from the city and a few kilometers from the main tourist attractions of the region. The space The main house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large living room, a full bathroom and a laundry room, a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, electric oven and other household appliances. Outside the main house, we have a sand soccer field, a hammock area, a reforestation area (agroforestry), a vegetable garden, ranch animals, ample parking, our gazebo facing the Itabaiana mountain range, and 14 tasks to be explored and contemplated with numerous native and fruit trees of various species. We have eight beds with the possibility of expansion to sleep more people. Guest access Contact with farm animals (chickens, turkeys, guinea fowls, ducks, guinea pigs, sheep and horses). All areas of the Ranch can be used. Other things to note The space has rural housing characteristics, in a quiet and familiar environment. The resident/host's residence is located next to the main house, which contributes to greater security, support, and assistance for guests during their stay.
