The space Welcome to our traditional, simple, safe home spread over 2 spacious stories! We have installed brand new flooring, cabinets, amenities, beds etc. all for esthetic and convenience! I'm excited to share my home with you. In your room, you will have access a queen size bed, lots and lots of closet space, a desk, a tv with free Netflix. We provide you with all fresh linens upon check in as well as a clean, sanitized and beautiful room. For security & peace of mind, each room is equipped with a keypad. You are provided with your own individual code unique to you and only you so that all your valuables and items are protected inside your room. Not good with codes? We also provide you with a key fob for access to your room We do also provide safes upon request at a small extra cost if you'd like to add extra security for your belongings (not necessary at all. (Our home and neighborhood is 5 star but I like to let guests know of their options) Some other amenities we can provide upon request at a small extra fee are air mattresses for extra guests & room darkening shades for night shift workers This home is also equipped with central air/heating. Guest access Guests will have access to, in addition to a fully private room: fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, a toaster and a drip coffee maker as well as essential spices and oil for cooking. (Youll be assigned shelves and cabinets to keep kitchen organized and clean) bathroom with a rainfall shower head, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. living room with a couch and lots of sitting space and a space to work small dining area with a table and sitting space great for small meals. 1 assigned parking space in driveway. Garage Space is available for storage upon request but will come at an extra fee and can fit one car on a first come first serve basis.. just ask (: During your stay i value your privacy so i am available through the Airbnb app and by text. I also live close by in case of anything. My cleaners and myself will be in and out from time to time to keep with cleanliness and maintenance. We will never EVER enter your room without your permission. You just might see us in the common areas here and there! Feel free to say hi. Other things to note My number 1 note is to always be kind to me, other guests and my cleaning staff. Discourtesy and lack of manners will not be tolerated inside of my home. Please also keep in mind that no one is perfect including myself. If you experience an issue or are dissatisfied with anything in my home, please kindly let me know immediately so i can resolve the issue.
