Wonderfully cozy and quiet apartment in Prerow right by the Darßer Forest, a ten-minute walk from the north beach and ten minutes from the village center. The balcony faces south and from the side windows you can see trees, so we call the apartment our tree apartment. Our apartment is in the beautiful house on the Reff in Hülsenstrasse, which was built so that guests can feel comfortable and not be disturbed. The space The apartment has a bedroom, living room with kitchenette, a hallway with wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and a storage room with shelf, ideal for everything you need for the beach and vacation, but don't want to see all the time. The apartments are fully equipped. The apartment has a dishwasher and also a washing machine. Fast Internet is available. In the living room is a stereo system, a DVD player and a small TV (although it is rarely used by our family on the Darss!). The bathroom has underfloor heating, a spacious shower and a radiator for towels and other damp items. The bedroom has a comfortable box spring bed (140 x 200) including a topper and large bed box. Good pillows make the whole thing complete. The sofa in the living room can also be made up for two people. A child seat can be added. Chairs and a table are available on the balcony and a retractable sunshade. Other important things: there is no food available but spices are there. For the coffee maker, filter bags size 4 must be brought along, as there are not always any in the cupboard. Final cleaning will be charged once per booking (€83). A linen package (bed linen, hand towels, shower towels, dish towels, shower mat) can be booked for an additional €18 per person or you can bring your own. The linen package consists of the following: Bed linen (pillow, duvet cover, sheets), 1x bath towel, 1x hand towel, 1 bath mat, dish towel. In addition, these items can also be borrowed: Bathrobe (€8), sauna towel (€4), crib (€15), crib mattress (€15). The rental items and the laundry are in the apartment upon arrival and the beds are made. A clothes rack is also provided. The municipality of Prerow requires a tourist tax from all guests. This must be paid upon arrival. Guest access A free parking space for one car is available. Bicycles can be stored in the shed in front of the house or at the bicycle rack in front of the house entrance. Other things to note Unfortunately, we are not able to allow pets in our apartment. The laundry packages cost EUR 17.00 per person extra and include bed linens, a large and small towel. Furthermore, regardless of the number of people, 1 starter package with dishwasher tabs, dish towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. is included.
