The space If you are a couple, we will leave you one of the three bedrooms and you will also have a bright and spacious balcony where you can sip a glass of wine in addition to the bathroom and the dining area. The other two bedrooms will not be available!! Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Guest access In Italy, there is a T.U.L.P.S. law, Article 109, which obliges us as managers of non-hotel facilities to register our guests with the State Police portal. We will therefore ask you upon arrival to provide us with your identity documents: passport and identity card are the only ones recognized in Italy (we do not accept a driver's license) For reasons of public safety, it is forbidden to let anyone who has not been indicated and registered at the time of check-in enter the house, even for a short time. IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO LET PEOPLE OTHER THAN THOSE WHO HAVE BOOKED ENTER. FOR THIS REASON, WE WILL CLOSE THE ROOMS THAT YOU WILL NOT USE. CAMERA OUTSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION.
