A comfy home located in historic and charming Willunga. It is a short 1 minute walk to High Street with cafes, local pubs, galleries, markets including the popular Willunga Farmer's Market. McLaren Vale wineries are nearby and beautiful beaches adorn our coast. 3 Peaks Haus is a recently built home. The large front yard and courtyard is surrounded by a beautiful garden that provides private sanctuary and local bird habitat. The space 3 Peaks Haus is a spacious home [80 meters square] with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, tea and coffee facilities, dishwasher, induction cook top and full sized oven. The dining area looks over the cottage garden and flows into the lounge which has RC air conditioning, 55" television and a comfortable sofa and chairs. The bedroom has a queen size bed and outdoor access. The bathroom is modern with a large bath for a relaxing stay. The laundry provides a front load washing machine, clothes airer and ironing facility. Guest access The house comprises of kitchen/dining + lounge, bedroom, bathroom and laundry. A front courtyard is also available. There is a small locked storage room which is not available to guest.
