The building is a non-smoking zone. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - No pets allowed - No unregistered guests allowed - Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am; - Access to the neighbour's rooftop is not allowed. - Please make sure to lock the door and ensure you do not slam it (close it carefully) and ensure all the windows when leaving the property. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. - The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. - A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement. - Please take extra care of your keys.
