Small private studio kitchen area ( see pictures). Very quiet and peaceful district, and pretty little village. Well equipped, sofa, TV, turntable, a few books.. Alençon and Mortagne au Perche at 20 minutes; Sées at 10 minutes, Haras du pin at 20 minutes; Le Mans at 50 minutes, Caen and the landing beaches at 1:10 am. The space The room is spacious.
