Your hosts Sam and Jenny The space The apartment shines with lovingly furnished design in the alpine style. You will find everything you need for your stay. In the bedroom, you can relax on the cozy king-size bed. For additional guests, the sofa bed (140 x 200) is available in the living room. In the bathroom with shower tub, you can relax after an exciting day. The apartment is very easy and quick to reach through the underground garage, as this is directly opposite. So you don't have to walk far and carry the heavy luggage. In addition to the apartment, our guests have the possibility to take a walk in the well-kept complex, the modernized indoor pool and a leisure room with billiard table, foosball and ping pong table. In addition, there is a privately bookable sauna or a fitness room in the house (on request). For the smaller guests there is a playroom with a large selection of games and an outdoor playground. Guest access - Modern pool with massage jets and views of the countryside - Leisure room with ping pong table, billiard table and foosball - Cozy garden with nearby pond for short walks. - Games room for the little guests - Modern outdoor playground - Sauna* in the building complex (in house 2) for a fair fee for exclusive use. Must be paid extra, as the sauna is rented separately! - Gym for sports enthusiasts - Central starting point for many activities in and around Schluchsee (hiking trails, amusement park, Black Forest bathing paradise and much more) - Shopping and the lake are within walking distance - Konus card for free use of public transport *Since the sauna in the spa hotel is operated externally, we unfortunately have no influence on availability and pricing. However, all guests who book an "apartmentglück accommodation" will also have the opportunity to rent the sauna in the "House of Happiness" at discounted conditions. :) The House of Happiness is located just a few meters from the spa hotel. What to expect: - A private sauna (at discounted rates, but completely private), relaxation room with infrared lamps and private shower (additional tea & water bar) Other things to note Note on construction work in the house (04/13 – 05/01/2026): In the period from April 13 to May 2026, scheduled construction work (replacement of the windows) will take place in our house. The work is carried out on weekdays (Monday to Friday) during normal working hours. During this period, there may be construction noise at times, which may affect the acoustics of the stay. Other restrictions are not known, but cannot be completely ruled out. We ask you to take this into account when booking. For all stays during this period, we will grant a 20% discount at the time of booking to compensate for any noise pollution that may occur. By booking, guests confirm that they have taken note of this notice; in this case, there is no further entitlement to an additional price reduction. If you have any questions, we will of course be at your disposal at any time. __________________________________________________________ Both in the living room and bedroom we have curtains that darken the premises. Around the Schluchsee there are numerous opportunities for great activities and culinary experiences. If you don't want to leave the facility, you don't necessarily have to. Shopping, doctors, bakeries, a pharmacy, etc. can be reached on foot. In addition, children, couples and business travelers are welcome guests! The sauna can only be used for a fee and must be reserved as it is operated externally and is available exclusively for private use. The price for use starts at €20 for 2 hours for one person and varies by duration and number of guests. Unfortunately, we have no influence on pricing or availability. The use of the billiards table, as well as foosball in the game room, as well as the use of the communal washing machines and dryers are also done for a small fee (€0.50 to €1.00). Since the appliances do not change, we recommend bringing change. Please note: Schluchsee is a spa town and therefore the municipality imposes a tourist tax for tourist stays. The tourist tax is €3.50 p.p./ night for adults from 16 years and for children from 6 to 15€ p.p./night and is not included in the nightly rate. However, you can easily do this in advance. The tourist tax also offers more. The "Konus" program allows you to use public transport for free during your stay. In addition, there are a few partners who can offer you perks.
