For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.** *We cannot guarantee the elevator will be functional due to circumstances beyond our control. Clear elevator instructions are included in the home welcome guide. Guests must read these carefully before operating, and any service calls resulting from user error will incur a fee. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
