The main floor beckons with a spacious living room, bathed in natural light that spills through large windows, creating an inviting atmosphere for gatherings or moments of quiet relaxation. The wood-style kitchen, a focal point of the main floor, seamlessly combines rustic aesthetics with modern functionality. Kitchen is equipped for cooking with pots, a modern stove, oven, microwave, toaster, air fryer and spacious refrigerator. We provide a variety of high-quality cookware, utensils, and essential ingredients, ensuring you have everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. There is a powder room in the main floor. The four bedrooms are all in the second floor and with two full bathrooms, 13 stairs from main to the second floor. The attic hosts a pool table, adding a touch of leisure and entertainment, along with a bar that invites you to unwind and create lasting memories with friends and family. The basement has kids play area and one full bathroom. The vast backyard unfolds into a recreational paradise. Step through the fenced door to discover a refreshing swimming pool; The expansive backyard beckons with a delightful kids' slide, ensuring endless fun for families. This farmhouse-style haven in Chippawa is more than a residence; it's an experience that marries the elegance of the past with the luxuries of today. Whether you seek a retreat by the river or a welcoming space to entertain, our farmhouse promises a blend of antique charm, modern amenities, and the serenity of nature. Guest access We provide guests access to our entire home. Guests can use all levels of our home including the basement, laundry room, the huge backyard space. The garage is locked off and not accessible to guests. Other things to note Please be advised that the swimming pool , the kids slide, and basketball nets are provided for your enjoyment at your own risk. We encourage responsible use and ask that you supervise children at all times!! The pool opens usually end of May or begin of June ( depends on weather) and closes around end of Sep or Oct. Please verify before you book if you are looking for the pool. Pet/Service Dog (We do provide an allergy free home, please notice. If you must bring your little one with you, we do charge extra $300 cleaning fee. We offer a small charge for small pet.) No outdoor fire is the by-law . No smoking or vaping inside the house. LIABILITY MESSAGE: By booking your stay with us, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks connected with activity/entertainment facilities in the backyard ( not limited to the swimming pool, the kids slide, basketball nest.) You agree to not hold accountable or bring legal action against the property management company, the co-hosts, or the owners of the home. This message and your booking with us releases the property management company from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on location before, during, or after activity. You also agree to hold the property management company, co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances. You acknowledge the risk involved with activities at the backyard including, but not limited to, sprains or other physical injuries. You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury.
