In the heart of the Grésivaudan Valley, between Grenoble and Chambéry, this accommodation built in 2023 can accommodate you, your friends and your family, up to 16 people. Come and enjoy the area with your entourage in this chic accommodation. The space This beautiful apartment is composed of 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful and large living room of 70m2 open to a fully equipped kitchen. You can share a nice meal around the dining table that can accommodate 16 people. Fondue, raclette machine, waffle iron... there is something for everyone! The living room is equipped with a TV and Bluetooth sound system, so you can relax after a long day, or enjoy your evening. On this same floor you will find a first bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity, and toilet, a laundry room with a washing machine as well as access to a garage with an 8 seater hot tub. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms with a double bed 160x200 (two beds in one of them) as well as a wall TV in each of them, and a second bathroom with its shower, double vanity and toilet. Finally, on the third and top floor, you'll find a dorm with a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa. Regarding the outside, you can enjoy the view of the mountains in the fenced private outdoor courtyard of 45m2 with table, chairs and pergola around a barbecue if the weather allows it. To cool off, you can jump into the 9m2 swimming pool (unheated pool). For the more playful, board games are available to you to have a good time for families or groups of friends. Cluedo, Monopoly, Uno and others will delight young and old alike! Bed linen and towels are provided during your stay. Bath towels (for hot tub and/or pool) can be provided for an additional charge of 2€50 per towel. Reversible air conditioning in the living room as well as in all rooms. All three enclosed bedrooms have a wardrobe to store your clothes. The cleaning fee is included in the reservation.
