The space We want you and your group to enjoy your vacation, so our condo includes the following: - Bedroom 1: romantic double bed, private bathroom with tub, walking closet and balcony with SPECTACULAR SEA VIEW and sound of the waves. - Bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds. - Bedroom 3 with bunk bed (twin and double) for 3 people. - 2.5 Bathrooms with bath towels (bring pool and beach towels). - Wifi inside the condominium and in common areas. - Smart TV television. - Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils). - Dining room for 6 people. - Sanitary paper and basic cleaning products for your arrival. - 3 Floor fans. - 1 designated parking available within the premises (open parking available next to the gatehouse with 24/7 security cameras). Guest access In our common areas you can enjoy: - 4 pools (1 of them warm all year round). - 4 hot tubs. - Tennis courts. - Outdoor grills. - Children's playground. - Coin laundry ($ .25 US cents). - Wifi available in the condominium and in the common areas. - 24/7 security guards. Other things to note - Ideal for 7 people (limit of 8 at all times). - Guests are required to provide their names to register access to the facilities. - We have one (1) parking space available within the complex and several more spots right outside. - An ID required. - Due to its location near the beach, the house could accumulate humidity. Constant maintenance is provided, but there may be some deteriorated furniture, mold or musty smell during your stay.
