Located north of Canggu in a quiet neighborhood but still close to Canggu shopping & restaurants districts and surfing spot at the Pere The space Villa Nam is a brand new two story 2 BR Villa, with a view on Seseh beach, accommodating up to 4 guests . Each room is equipped with AC, a wall mirror, a commodious wardrobe with safe integrated, and a private en-suite bathroom with hot shower. A widescreen 55 inch smart TV within the spacious main living area, a private pool with sunbeds available for you to rest and bask in the Bali weather after exploring the island, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for up to 6 guests, a water dispenser with complimentary hot and cold water, and free wi-fi up to 50 Mbps. The villa is built on a new street that doesn't exist yet on maps. We will provide the exact location after the booking confirmation (as we can't share links before the booking confirmation as per Airbnb policy). The villa offers everything you will need for your holiday here in Bali. Located 10 minutes away from one of Bali’s best sunset spots, Pererenan Beach by scooter, and a few minutes away from the Canggu main road and shopping districts and yet still away from Canggu’s hustle and bustle offering a Smart and simple luxury living for your next island getaway. DETAILS & AMENITIES BEDROOM 1: 1 King-sized bed (180 X 200), AC, a Private en suite bathroom with hot water shower, a commodious wardrobe and storage, and a wall mirror. BEDROOM 2 or Master Bedroom: 1 King-sized bed (180 X 200), AC, a spacious private en suite bathroom with a hot water shower, and a wall mirror. Clean towels are provided in each room and cleaned every 3 days. KITCHEN : The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, complimentary hot and cold drinking water, dinnerware, cutlery, basic cooking utensils. LIVING ROOM : A commodious dining area and a sofa nesting with a smart widescreen 60” TV. WI-FI: Free internet access with high-fiber optic Wi-Fi around up to 50 MBPS. SWIMMING POOL : There is no fence around the pool, so please do not leave children unattended. PARKING : Free shared parking on premises up to a maximum of 1 car or 2 scooters (available from August 2024). Until then, paid parking nearby the villa. We employ preventive measures, but given the outdoor setting, it is not uncommon to encounter insects. We proactively manage and mitigate bug presence, including regular inspections, cleaning routines, and collaboration with pest control professionals. However, it is challenging to eliminate all potential entry points. If you encounter any issues during your stay, such as bugs, please inform our staff immediately. We will address your concerns promptly and take appropriate actions to ensure your comfort. We appreciate your understanding of the dynamics of living in a natural setting. Bugs play a role in maintaining ecological balance, and our efforts aim to find a harmonious coexistence. Guest access The entire villa and its amenities are all yours to enjoy, along with the private pool. Other things to note We are delighted to welcome you as our guest. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take a moment to review and adhere to the following house rules during your time at our villa. 1. Check-In and Check-Out: - Check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. Please adhere to these times to allow us to prepare the villa for upcoming guests. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, additional fees may apply. - For same-day booking, please allow 60-90 minutes before checking in to prepare the villa. 2. Identification and Registration: - All guests are required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in. This information is mandatory as per government regulations and is kept confidential, solely for security purposes. 3. Occupancy: - There's a maximum occupancy for the villa. Please do not exceed this limit to ensure the comfort and safety of all occupants. - Should a guest require an additional bed, a fee of 450k per bed per night will be applied. Kindly inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements to enhance your stay. - Guests aged 5 years or older exceeding the villa's specified occupancy limit will incur an additional charge of 250k/night/person regardless if they stay for the night or not. 4. Quiet Hours: - Please observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00. Keep the noise down and respect the tranquility of our neighborhood and fellow guests. - No parties or gatherings are allowed. 5. Smoking Policy: - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas outdoors are provided; please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. There is a 500.000Rp cleaning fee for any guest who breaks this rule. 6. Pets: - Pets are not allowed in the villa unless otherwise specified in advance. Please inquire about our pet policy if needed. 7. Security and Safety: - Close and lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa. - Report any security or safety concerns immediately to our chat group so our team can take the necessary measures to solve any issues. - For your peace of mind, each suite has a safety deposit box for your valuables. We kindly ask that you use it, as we cannot take responsibility for items left unsecured. 8. Respect for Property: - Please treat the villa and its contents with care and respect. Any damages caused by guests will be charged accordingly. - Swimming pool decorations are not allowed (including pool flowers as it stains the pool tiles) - Lighting up fireworks inside or around the villa is prohibited. - All villa amenities, including towels, are intended solely for on-site use and should not be removed from the premises. 9. Environmental Responsibility: - Conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, ceiling fans and appliances when not in use. - Be mindful of water usage. 10. Communication: - Once your booking is confirmed, we will contact you 3 days before arrival for all the extra information. 11. Pool cleaning: - we regularly clean and treat the pool with chlorine. During chlorine treatment, the pool water may appear slightly cloudy. This is a normal part of the disinfection process, during which chlorine works to eliminate bacteria, algae, and organic contaminants. The pool may but not usable for a few hours. This is not specific to hour villa, all villas in Bali faces this reality. When renting our villa, you accept to give access to the pool for cleaning and treatment during your stay. We cannot skip cleaning as we need to make sure it is clean for the next guests. We are committed to maintaining a clean and safe swimming pool. However, if pool staff are not granted access to the villa, we cannot guarantee that the pool will remain in clean condition. 12. Laundry Service Disclaimer Please note that laundry services are facilitated as a courtesy only. We collect your items and bring them to a third-party laundry shop. As the service is not performed by us directly, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay to your items caused by the laundry provider. By using this service, you acknowledge and accept this condition. In harmony with Bali's natural beauty, our open villas offer a unique experience. Please be aware that, in this tropical setting, insects may occasionally find their way in. Avoid leaving food exposed to prevent attracting insects. Seal food items when not in use. In addition, during the rainy season, heavy rain can sometime lead to water coming into the villa. We do our best to fix the leaks in a timely manner. Rain in Bali also increases the odds of power outage and interruption in internet connection. This is not specific to our villa but the general case across all villas in Bali. As host, we have no control over this and cannot be held responsible. By proceeding with the check-in process, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these house rules.
