They can be used in both electrical fire or flammables. POOL SAFETY: Our pool depth is approximately 1.45m. Please observe all pool safety signs and guidelines. Ensure that children are supervised at all times near the pool area. Drinking, eating or smoking are not permitted inside the pool. Pool activities must finish at 10pm to avoid disturbing other guests. MIND YOUR STEP: Villa Sumajah features beautiful in door/outdoor spaces with varied terrain and levels. Be mindful of your surroundings and constantly watch your steps, especially on uneven surfaces or stairs. We also rely on underground water tanks and Pump Rooms installed underneath each villa and one water tank at the parking lot area. PLEASE DO NOT STEP OVER OR WALK ON TOP OF THE UNDERGROUND PUMP ROOM OR WATER TANK COVER LIDS to ensure your safety and the integrity of our systems. SAFETY SIGNS: We've placed signs around the property to remind you of these safety measures. Your cooperation in following these guidelines is greatly appreciated and helps us maintain a secure environment for all our guests and staffs. NUISANCE: At Villa Sumajah, we work hard to ensure our guests feel welcome, safe, and free of hassle. However, please note that Bali is developing rapidly, and construction is taking place across the island, including near the property, new constructions are popping up every week in every corner. Additionally, Uluwatu is a vibrant tourist destination and some days you may hear noise from the nearby main street where shops, bars, restaurants, and beach clubs are located. We sincerely apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, but kindly understand that these factors are outside of our control. ANIMALS: We also want to inform that the property is set in a residential/natural environment, where local insects including but not limited to flies, mosquitoes, spiders, caterpillars, butterflies, etc. Also animal including but not limited to geckos, monkeys, dogs, cats, roosters, cows, horses, etc. may be present, heard and feel. These animals are native to the area and move freely in their natural habitat. We carry out routinely pest control through a Pest Control professional company. MAINTENANCE: The Villa Sumajah Management team reserve the right to carry on maintenance of the villa at any time, including but not limited to - housekeeping, pool and garden maintenance, replacement of appliances, painting work, access to the property and roof when necessary. APPEARANCE: Please note that the location on Airbnb is not precise and photographs provided are real at the time it was taken, however, it may not reflect the exact current appearance of the villa at the time of your stay. While we strive to maintain the villa's decor, furniture arrangements, wall colors, and overall ambiance as shown, some changes may occur between the time of booking and your arrival. POWER OUTAGES: Please be aware that government maintenance on power lines may occur without prior notice during your stay. Unfortunately, these outages happens quite often and they are beyond of our control. However, we actively follow up with the relevant authorities and will keep guests informed of any developments.
