Duplex in the heart of nature

This cottage has been converted into a traditional Ardèche farm in which I have lived for 30 years. This peaceful place offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. You will be surrounded by nature in the classified site of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park, in the heart of a UNESCO World Geopark, surrounded by a dozen geosites. You will meet my chickens, my cats and my dog and depending on the season, you will also have the chance to see many birds of prey and other birds as well as wild animals. The space The accommodation is in a part of my home. It has a separate entrance with a terrace. Inside you will find an equipped kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a sofa bed. The small bathroom is functional with Italian shower. The bedroom is located in an open mezzanine with a double bed and an extra mattress. The studio is heated by central floor heating. Guest access You can enjoy the entire accommodation as well as the terrace. You'll also have access to parking and outdoor spaces in the hamlet, in the vicinity of other residents. Other things to note The property is accessible by car via a dirt road for about 100 meters. Parking is available at the top of the path, next to the house or at the entrance of the path and walk up.
