We offer a relaxing coastal escape, featuring sweeping views of the ocean, hinterland, and lighthouse from the balcony and bedroom. It's the perfect location to walk to beaches, town, lighthouse and local cafes. Welcome to our piece of paradise! The space Sunset Studio is a light, breezy, architect designed space which offers one queen bed, generous terrace, bathroom (bath is unavailable) plus a separate TV/lounge and dining area. The kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster, jug, fridge/freezer, crockery/cutlery and sink, a place where you can heat up and refrigerate food — please note, cooking facilities such as hot plates and oven are not available. Guests can enjoy Netflix, and complimentary amenities include tea, coffee, water, milk, shower products, beach towels, bath towels and linen. Guest access From your car space in the driveway, walk a few steps to the front door of the house and enter your code via the keypad located on the door. Enter through the door and step into our welcoming foyer to make your way up the stairs to the 2nd floor where Sunset Studio awaits. Other things to note This is a shared property. As your hosts, we access the residence via the rear of the property and reside on the first floor, and from time to time friends/family stay in the downstairs studio. The outdoor shower, tap, hose and bins are located beside the garage. Just walk past the garage door and turn right. Sunset Studio is designed for two adults and is not suitable for babies, children, or pets. We also ask that you familiarise yourself with our House Rules. We have a 2 night minimum stay for all bookings, except during peak times where it can change at host discretion and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of walls, floors and doors when moving luggage. Please be aware that NSW is on daylight saving time between October to end of March/early April. During this time NSW is one hour ahead of Queensland. During your stay we require that you are aware of and agree to abide by the NSW Government's Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry.
