Your stay promises a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. Guest access Guests can enjoy full access to the entire condominium. Please note that the unit and the property do not have a washer and dryer. However, there is a convenient laundromat, Lighthouse Laundry, situated less than 4 minutes away for your laundry needs. Guests will be permitted to bring two vehicles (we only have 2 parking passes), one parking pass can be used for a covered carport parking space and the other can be used for first come, first serve parking in the uncovered parking lot. Other things to note Our home is pet-friendly with a maximum of 2 pets permitted with an additional pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. Our building permits small pets under 40lbs. Pets must be well trained (no aggressive dog breeds and house trained). Dogs must be leashed and with an owner at all times when outside of the condo.
