The space The 83 m² apartment has been newly renovated & furnished to a high standard. It is located in the historic, listed Reitzenstein barracks, which has been converted into apartments for discerning tastes. You will thus live in a real landmark and a part of Wesel's city history. You will love the old-fashioned arm combined with modern furnishings and comfort and can start the day with a Nespresso coffee on the terrace or a walk through the green residential complex. Apartment details: The apartment has two tastefully furnished bedrooms. For your night's rest, a comfortable king-size box-spring bed (1.80 m wide), another king-size bed and a comfortable sofa bed are available. The spacious living area is equipped with a 50" smart TV. Perfect to unwind after an exciting day and enjoy a movie or your favorite series. Our balcony is an ideal place to get some fresh air and relax. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to conjure up culinary creations. Whether you want to prepare a simple breakfast or an opulent dinner – here you will find everything you need. A dining area in the open living concept ensures sociable meals. On the comfortable, large sofa you can read a book, watch TV or simply switch off. The sofa can be used for the 5th and 6th guest as a sofa bed. The bathroom offers you a bathtub with rain shower, so you can freshen up as you like. Of course, we provide fresh towels and bathroom essentials. The location of the apartment is also ideal: You can look forward to walks in the park of the barracks complex, reach the city center or the main train station on foot or by bus. The stop is right outside the door. The location is also perfect for cycling tours: You can easily explore the Lower Rhine by bike from the property. You can park your bikes in the bicycle cellar or in your own small front yard. There is a washing machine in the apartment. You can dry your laundry on the balcony or in the drying room in the basement (use free of charge). Guest access The entire 83 square meter accommodation with plenty of space is at your disposal.
