Beautiful house located 250 meters from the beach, is part of a Residential Complex of only 22 houses, with the presence of guards 24/7, ensuring security within the Residence for the family. Our house was completely renovated in December 2023 and has all the latest technological equipment. A place to feel safe, close to the sea and where you will find peace. Close to the sea, at night you can listen to the waves from our beautiful terrace. Guest access In the Residence there are free access areas, a large and a small pool. On holidays you can enter maximum 4 people per house to the pools, normal days 6 people per house. Regularly this area is free and we have incredible neighbors and there is always a cordial relationship between everyone! Other things to note For reservations, a copy of the guest's identity document and vehicle license plate number must be sent in order to process the entrance to the property.
