With its waterfront land, this chalet invites you to enjoy water activities and fishing. Give in to temptation and cast your line, you will have the chance to catch walleye, perch and bass. Swimming is also possible, access to the water is on a gentle slope, but the bottom can be muddy in places. The space This cute little chalet has everything you need for an impromptu stay as a couple or family. The open-plan ground floor lets in lots of light and ensures you have lake views at all times. From the living room, take the patio door and go outside to have your morning coffee on the terrace. The house includes two closed bedrooms, a full bathroom and a shower room. Ground floor: Open area including kitchen, dining room and living room / Bathroom with bath-shower. Upstairs: 2 closed bedrooms/1 bathroom. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. Other things to note It should be noted that we have been reported an upsurge in aquatic plants which can make swimming unpleasant.
