The space Please ask as many questions as you may have; we will be more than glad to help! - The unit has all the necessary kitchen utensils, which you can use if you decide to cook. - We provide toiletries such as shampoo, body soap, bath, and beach-pool towels you can use for your comfort. - The unit is quiet, safe, and has 24-hour security. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. - Cable TV is not available, but there is WiFi and a smart TV so you can access YouTube, Netflix, etc. (Guests' accounts are required for this). - Please note we do not provide drinking water. It is the guest's responsibility to purchase their drinking water. We remind you that drinking water from the faucet in Mexico is not recommended. Guest access 🅿️ As a guest, you will also have access to one enclosed parking space designated for the unit, 24/7 security, the pools, gardens, shared gym, lounge chairs, and BBQ area. 🧹 Please remember to clean up after yourself in all shared spaces. 🍖 For the BBQ grill, you must schedule in advance at least 48 hours before usage, and a 500 MXN refundable deposit is mandatory. 🏋️‍♂️ The gym area is available from 6:30 am to 10 pm. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION: a) For optimal comfort, set the AC between 23-24°C. This range keeps the unit cool and comfortable—give it a try and you'll confirm this! b) Please close all windows/doors when using the AC to maximize efficiency. c) Turn off all AC units and lights whenever you leave the property.
