La Scuderia is a farmhouse from the 1600s with a swimming pool in Arezzo, renovated preserving the authentic Tuscan style and transformed into an accommodation facility, ideal for a stay full of tranquility and contact with nature. Upon your arrival you will be welcomed by the fully enclosed park and enriched by a large swimming pool with panoramic views, in an ideal setting to spend pleasant moments of rest and outdoor conviviality. The space La Scuderia has the luxury of only 9 rooms and this allows you to stay in the context of tranquility and intimacy. The room consists of a double bed, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy set, it is equipped with air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi. All rooms boast exposed wooden ceiling beams, handmade wooden bed headboards, reinvented furnishings by ancient doors of restored and painted closets, wooden floors. The large outdoor pool of La Scuderia enjoys a panoramic view of the countryside, is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, ideal for swimming and spending moments of rest. The park is entirely fenced and embellished with shady gazebos with outdoor tables and barbecue. At a distance of one kilometer you can find everything you need during your stay: shops, restaurants, bars, basic necessities. The historic center of Arezzo and the A1 motorway can be reached in a few minutes by car. There are many experiences around La Scuderia including sports, nature, excursions, art and culture and we will be available for directions, advice and ideas to make your holiday in Tuscany unforgettable. Guest access - Breakfast is not included in the rate as it is not included in the rate as it is not made. In the room there is a kettle and in the common room a refrigerator available for guests to use. - Are pets okay? Other things to note - The rate includes consumption, daily cleaning service, Wi-Fi internet, private parking and use of the pool (open from June 1 to September 10). - Linens for rooms and bathrooms are provided upon arrival. - Pool towels are not provided. - The arrival at the property is from 3 to 7:00 pm to 7:00 pm, we DO NOT have the night doorman, we will give you the keys to access the property on your own.
