La Scuderia is a 17th-century farmhouse with a swimming pool in Arezzo, renovated while preserving the authentic Tuscan style and transformed into an accommodation facility, ideal for a stay full of tranquility and contact with nature. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the park, entirely fenced and embellished with a large swimming pool with panoramic views, in an ideal setting to spend pleasant moments of rest and outdoor conviviality. The space The Scuderia has the luxury of having only 9 rooms and this allows you to stay in a context of tranquility and intimacy. The room consists of a double bed, a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries, and is equipped with air conditioning, TV, and free Wi-Fi. All rooms feature exposed wooden ceiling beams, handmade wooden headboards, furniture accessories reinvented from antique restored and painted cabinet doors, and wooden floors. The large outdoor swimming pool of La Scuderia enjoys a panoramic view of the countryside, is equipped with parasols and sunbeds, ideal for swimming and spending moments of rest. The park is fully fenced and embellished with shady gazebos with outdoor tables and barbecues. At a distance of one kilometer you can find everything you need during your stay: shops, restaurants, bars, basic necessities. The historic center of Arezzo and the A1 highway can be reached in a few minutes by car. There are many experiences in the surroundings of La Scuderia, including sports, nature, excursions, art and culture, and we will be available for directions, advice and ideas to make your holiday in Tuscany unforgettable. Guest access - Breakfast service is not included in the rate as it is not provided. There is a kettle in the room and a refrigerator in the common room available for guests. - Pets are not allowed. Other things to note - The rate includes consumption, daily cleaning service, Wi-Fi internet connection, private parking and use of the swimming pool (open from June 1 to September 10). - Bedroom and bathroom linen is provided upon arrival. - Pool towels are not provided. - Arrival at the property is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. We do NOT have a night porter, we will give you the keys to be able to access the property independently.
