Full coach house is exclusively yours, providing ample space and complete privacy for your stay. The coach house is a secondary unit that is completely separated from the main house and located at the back of the main house, above the garage (the garage is not used and locked the whole time so there will be no disturbance to your stay). The coach house has its separate entrance on the right side of garage and has its independent furnace, independent air conditioning unit, independent hot water tank as well as independent electrical panel. The main house is occupied by us, and our presence will not disrupt your stay. You do not have access to the garage but you will have all the driveway space in front of the garage to park your two cars. You will have your own kitchen including microwave and Keurig coffee maker (K-cups available) as well as all kitchen utensils for cooking. Hair dryer & steam iron are provided in your private washroom. Hansgrohe shower head with spray modes: rain, pulsating massage, intense turbo are available for you to enjoy an indulgent and relaxing spa-like shower. Independent AC and furnace dedicated for this unit so you can get to control the temperatures and make yourself comfortable as you like.
