Keep it simple at this centrally-located ADU that is close to Levi’s Stadium, Oracle, Intel, PAMF Medical Center, Oak Creek Senior Living, Great America Parkway, Rivermark Plaza, Mercado Center, AMC Theatres, Agnews Historic Park, Our Lady of Peace Church, major employers and medical centers. Easy access to trails, highways, light rail and train station. The space Fully furnished luxury accommodations where you can show up and start living! The spaces in the home are thoughtfully furnished and tastefully decorated with furniture, art and lighting to provide the ideal ambience for work, entertainment and relaxation. Amenities like Central A/C, engineered wood and tile flooring, lights on dimmers, Gigabit Plus WiFi and high end appliances make for a home away from home! The living room provides a comfortable space to lounge in front of the TV or to play games. The spacious dining room overlooking the private lawn is ideal for entertainment, with a dedicated work area that allows you to focus. The full size kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, microwave, baking sheets, kitchenware, serverware, place settings and dinnerware. We do not have cold water dispenser or cubed/crushed ice dispenser in the kitchen but the freezer section is large enough to store a bag of ice if you need. The hallway leading to the modern bathroom with a large standing shower has additional storage and houses an over-sized laundry system. Enjoy the luxury mattress, clean linen and ample storage in the bedroom. Come home to luxury! Guest access The house can be accessed through the open driveway. A private walkway along the garage leads to the front door that is not visible to the street. The entire ADU behind the main home, along with the private backyard and side yard, is available for the exclusive use of the guest. There is no parking space on premises for the unit, but there is plenty of street parking and the spots in front of the house are typically used for the unit. Other things to note Strict no-smoking no-vaping premises - no smoking or vaping inside and outside, including yard, driveway and garden. Lack of ice/water dispenser: The fridge is equipped with a water/ice dispenser, but there is no water connection to the fridge and hence it cannot dispense ice or water. Noise: The house is in an area with easy access to freeways, train and airport. The house has triple-pane windows and does not have any noise inside when all doors and windows are closed. However, the guest will notice noise from flights, trains,cars and others vehicles when they step outside the home or open the doors/windows. Stadium activity: We are not to far from Levi’s stadium, so guests can walk the backroads to access the entrance lines to the stadium without having to drive. They can also potentially view some parts of the fireworks at Levi’s during games, events and activities. Due to the proximity, guests will also potentially hear noise from Levi’s as well as face increased traffic during game or event hours. Again, the house has triple pane windows that block out all noises when fully closed, but the guest could be subject to noise from Levi’s when they step outside or open any door or window. Pro tip: Stay 31 days or longer to avoid transient occupancy taxes. Pets: House-trained dogs of most breeds welcome, with additional pet fee. Please check with us before booking or call out your dog’s breed, age and training while booking. Service animal stays free. No cats or any other pets accepted. Cats Heads Up: There are house cats and wild cats that roam the yards in our neighborhood that we do not have control of. Fencing: The lawn and side yard are private and only available for use of the guest. However, they are not fully enclosed, meaning the space between the yard and garage is not gated at the back, nor is the entrance pathway to the house gated to prevent your pet from walking away. This means you will need to have your pet on a leash when outside the unit for everyone’s safety please.
