Private cozy one-bedroom home, only 21 minutes away from San Francisco! Located in El Cerrito/Richmond Annex, CA a quiet neighborhood, you will have your own private one-bedroom house with a private front yard. Just renovated the entire one-bedroom, so everything feels very fresh. All organic grocery stores, pastry shops, cafe, bus stops, and many more are just a short 12-minute walk from the unit. Metro/Bart is one mile away. The space The cottage features simple, modern finishes, including a comfortable queen-sized bed, a small coffee table, a sofa, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a one-burner countertop induction cooktop. Cookware and dishes are provided. The bathroom boasts a beautifully spacious modern shower, toilet, sink, and a washer and dryer combo (note that the dryer requires extra time). Guest access We ask all of our guests to use the unit responsibly. We We strive to make our guests happy; in return, we request that they be respectful and use the unit with utmost care. Absolutely no parties of any kind are permitted. Other things to note We do not provide housekeeping services, even for longer stays. However, we replenish paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, etc. The laundry takes about 3+ hours to wash and dry clothes. We don’t recommend using it at night because it makes a lot of noise. to wash and dry turn the nob to WASH+DRY. If you are staying with pets, we recommend covering the sofa with a linen sheet from the closet to minimize shedding. We provide complimentary snacks, coffee, teas, etc. Brown sugar is located in the bottom left-side cabinet inside an illy can. The kitchen sink faucet has a motion sensor. Once the faucet is in the open position, it can be started and stopped by moving fingers in front of the black sensor The induction cooktop needs a pot or pan to be placed before it starts.
