If you’d like to add extra guests, we’re happy to accommodate them for a small additional fee. • Towels We do not provide washcloths • HVAC System Information To keep you comfortable year-round, our HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. The heating system runs from October 15 to May 1, and the air conditioning operates from May 15 to October 1. During the transition period, HVAC operation is managed by the building association based on the outside temperature. • Parking Guidelines We only offer one parking space and to avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Use your parking pass to park in the building garage.
