Our family-friendly house has an open layout with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living/dining area, and amazing outdoor space with a fenced yard. This Home is just MINUTES away from the airport, Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes Benz, Atlanta Beltline and much more! Come experience the in-town lifestyle you've dreamed of! The space Welcome to your Home Away From Home in Atlanta! This was our personal home for almost 5 years, and we truly loved the in-town lifestyle it has to offer. It is located in an up-and-coming neighborhood called Pittsburgh and has close proximity to Atlanta's best venues (Downtown Atlanta, Mercedes-Benz, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, Zoo Atlanta and so much more). We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we have! Open layout living space - Family room with expansive 75" smart TV (able to stream your own Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc), ceiling fan, and sofa bed - View to the fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher, 4 bar seatings, and all the cooking utensils and equipment you should need to whip up a meal - Fire extinguisher under kitchen sink - Cozy dining area with seating for 4 and coffee bar Primary Suite (1) - King bed - 42" Smart TV (able to stream your own Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc) - Plenty of closet space - Dresser - Iron and ironing board (in closet) - Pack 'n Play (in closet) - High chair (in closet) - Private master bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity - Hair blow dryer in master bathroom drawer - First aid kit under sink Front Bedroom (2) - Queen bed - Plenty of closet space - 40" Smart TV (able to stream your own Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc) Middle Bedroom (3) - Queen bed - Dresser - Plenty of closet space - 40" Smart TV (able to stream your own Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc) - Laptop desk w/ stool Secondary Full Bathroom - Shower/tub combo Laundry closet - Stacked washer and dryer - Extra towels - Broom and mop - Towels to clean up spills Backyard Space - Fully fenced in (great for kids and pets) - Covered back porch with comfy outdoor furniture - String lights - Fan - Outdoor grill (no charcoal or gas provided) - Fire pit (no firewood provided) - Turf area Front Outdoor Space - Covered porch with bistro set (2 chairs + table) - Private driveway that can accommodate 3 cars Guest access All areas of the home are accessible, except for the storage closet with a door lock and the garage. The garage is off-limits and guest shall not attempt to open locked doors, park any vehicle or use any personal items within the garage. The usage of the outdoor grill and fire pit is at your own discretion, and you are responsible for obtaining your own firewood and charcoal/propane. Please ensure all open flames are put out when done and discard debris properly. Any disregard for these rules and any damages may incur additional charges. Please clean after your pet and properly dispose of pet waste in garbage bins. If there are excessive pet hair, stains and/or pet waste left behind, additional charges may apply. There are 3 private parking spots on the driveway. Please do not park on grass or block neighbors' driveway or mailbox. Guest will be able to self check-in and access the house with a unique code via smart lock on the front door. The code will be valid throughout your stay and expire at check-out. Other things to note Thank you for considering our place to stay at in the city of Atlanta! We want you to feel like this is your home away home.. so please be respectful and treat it as your own! By booking the space, you agree to the following: - Guests and all visitors will abide by the house rules specified in this listing and/or posted inside the property. - The property owner/management are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots. - Guests will secure the premises by locking all doors and windows when not on property. - It is highly advisable to lock and remove all personal items from your vehicle as we are not responsible for any theft or burglaries. - Maximum of 2 pets with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Please clean after your pet and properly dispose of pet waste in garbage bins. If there are excessive pet hair, stains and/or pet waste left behind, additional charges may apply. - The internet/wi-fi router must be turned on and active during the entire duration of your stay. Please do not unplug the equipment located in the front guest bedroom, as our security and monitoring system requires it to be on 24/7. A fee of $150 will be applied if the wi-fi is determined to be purposely turned off for more than 2 hours. - The exterior of the home is equipped with video surveillance located at the front door, the driveway and the backyard. The locked garage (that is not accessible by guests) is used for storage and has a camera for security purposes. All exterior and garage cameras will be turned on and is actively recording audio and video 24/7. - The interior does NOT have video surveillance but does have motion, door and window sensors to detect intruders when the home is vacant.
