The space Welcome to our three-bedroom house located in a convenient location close to I-80 and downtown Ottawa. Despite its proximity to the railroad tracks, this house offers a peaceful and cozy living environment. As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the spaciousness and functionality of the layout, which is all on one level, making it easily accessible for the elderly or anyone who prefers a step-free living experience. The bedrooms in this house are thoughtfully designed, with each one offering ample space and natural light. Additionally, the house boasts spacious closets in each bedroom, providing plenty of storage options for your belongings. The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight of this home. Whether you're an experienced chef or simply enjoy cooking, you'll appreciate the appliances, ample counter space, and abundant storage cabinets. It's the perfect place to prepare delicious meals and entertain guests. There are condiments that have been left in the refrigerator. We decided to leave some “communal” mayo, ketchup, mustard, etc. Feel free to use them if needed! Furthermore, the house features a well-maintained bathroom, a cozy living room, and a dining area that seamlessly connects to the kitchen. The open floor plan creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for spending quality time with family and friends. While the proximity to the railroad tracks may be a concern for some, rest assured that the house is designed to minimize noise disturbances. The interior is well-insulated, allowing for a peaceful and tranquil living experience. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located by the front door and on the back of the garage facing the back patio. **MASTER BEDROOM ** This room boasts a comfortable king size bed along with a headboard that offers built in charging ports. Extra blankets and pillows available in the closet. **SECOND BEDROOM** This room has a queen size bed with a headboard that offers built in charging ports. **THIRD BEDROOM** This room offers a queen size bed along with a wireless charging dock. You will also find a closet FULL of board games! Hopefully one or two spark your interest! **KITCHEN** The fully equipped kitchen comes with an array of appliances including: Microwave Blender Mixer Small crockpot Keurig Toaster We have selected some basic spices along with nonstick sprays to add ease to your cooking. There are also dishes, silverware, pots and pans and so much more available. **DELIVERY SERVICES AVAILABLE ** Instacart - grocery delivery DoorDash - food delivery Uber eats - food delivery Walmart delivery available ***CHECKOUT TIME IS PROMPTLY AT 10:00 A.M** NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE ONCE YOU HAVE LEFT THE PROPERTY. There will be a snow shovel provided along with salt. For stays that are shorter than 2 or 3 days we will shovel but anything longer you will be responsible for. Coffee, toiletries and other snacks will be provided for short term stays, you will be responsible for anything longer than 3 days. There are pickleball courts down the road from the house on Norris Drive. As you head east on Norris Drive you will see the courts on your left directly across from Walgreens! Guest access The whole house and the whole garage are yours to use! Other things to note We do have a large Croton plant in the house. This plant is toxic to cats and dogs. PLEASE make sure to note if you are bringing animals so we can remove this plant before your visit. We do not want any animals getting sick and we will gladly move it to the garage or off premise.
