Other things to note Our client's older home is a well-maintained, family-owned property with character, charm, and a lived-in feel. While it may not have the finishes of a newly built home, it offers a comfortable and welcoming space that many guests have enjoyed over the years. We encourage guests to review all photos and listing details to ensure the home is a good fit for their expectations. Air Conditioning: while there is no central air conditioning, there are 3 portal AC units throughout the upper level of the home. The downstairs is extremely cool during warmer weather. Portable fans are provided for extra air circulation. We want every stay to be a great one. If you encounter any issues upon arrival, please notify us as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to address them during your stay.
