There is plenty of free street parking in the front. Guests have access to everything in the home and on the property, excluding: 1) The keypad locked closet upstairs on the left in the hallway. That is reserved for our cleaners. 2) The detached 2-car garage is currently unavailable. 3) There is a detached shed near the garage that is locked and not for guest use. Other things to note Please review and make sure you understand all House Rules before confirming your reservation. •Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. •The booking guest will be required to complete an e-signed renter agreement on behalf of all guests. This ensures all house rules are acknowledged prior to arrival. •The booking guest will also need to complete a simple guest verification process through our third-party partner, Happy •Guest (This includes a damage protection policy provided at no cost to the guest) •A $250 refundable security deposit authorization may be placed before check-in and will be released within 2 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules. For reservations with fewer than 8 guests, the deposit hold will be manually waived. If you receive a notification regarding the deposit, please allow us some time to process the waiver.
