Great family house with private backyard

Great house in a quite neighborhood and very close to the city center and the beach area. Big private garden with lots of possibilities, from a summer evening with friends to a funny afternoon playing with children. Toys and games available :) And if the weather is not helping out to spend the day outside, the house has plenty of space inside. The house is cozy, I'm sure our guests will enjoy the living room, open and spacious with big windows open to the private garden. The space Two floors house.
